Elucidating the Role of Chemical Composition in Topological Superconducting Materials and Devices

Abstract

To accelerate the projects pursued as part of our AFOSR-funded grant “Development of Topological Superconducting Materials and Devices as described below, we propose to acquire a Bruker M4 Tornado Dual Tube, Light Element Micro-X-Ray Fluorescence (micro-XRF) system that will be exclusively dedicated to this work. This new tool will open the door to enabling accelerated progress in the discovery and characterization of topological superconducting materials and thin film devices.
