Innovative nonlinear transmission line technologies to enable modular, scalable HPM systems

Abstract

This proposal details a three-year experimental and theoretical research effort dedicated to scaling ferrite-loaded nonlinear transmission lines (FL-NLTLs) to the very small, printed circuit board (PCB) level, to enable the development of a low cost, highly modular, highly scalable highpower microwave (HPM) platform, compatible with conventional mass-manufacturing practices.
