Coating Phase Control in Multi-Wavelength Adaptive Optics
Abstract
Photonic lanterns are very versatile multimode photonics systems that convert light from a multimode system to fundamental mode (and vice versa) optical system with low loss. We propose a comprehensive fundamental research program to investigate the use of these devices as all-fiber adaptive optics systems.
