FIV2024 International Conference on Flow-Induced Vibration and Noise
Abstract
The FIV2024 International Conference on Flow-Induced Vibration and Noise is a scientific and technological event organized every four years since the 1980s. The extended name of the event is 10th International Symposium on Fluid-Structure Interactions, Flow-Sound Interactions, Flow-Induced Vibration and Noise since it brought together other smaller meetings organized around similar topics. For the first time, the conference will be organized outside the USA or Canada, o(ering a precious opportunity for the Brazilian industry and academia to contribute with its strengths in its tenth edition. The meeting will take place in Iguacu Falls between 2 and 5 of July 2024. The International Scientific Committee is composed of a prestigious group of researchers from more than 20 countries who are supervising the 120 presentations in parallel sessions.
