Passive Electromagnetic Sensing from Distributed Sensors
Abstract
This project proposes the development of algorithms to use passive (receiver-only) measurements to determine the location of radio-frequency (RF) emitters such as adversary radar systems, particularly systems that might have low peak power. The project focuses initially on the case of stationary ground-based sources and airborne or space-based receivers, at least one of which is moving.
