Advancing Camouflaged Object Detection with a cost-effective Cross-Spectral vision system (ACOD-CS)

Abstract

Proposes to address the challenge of detecting camouflaged objects that blend into their environments. By leveraging a novel combination of high-resolution visible spectrum (VIS) images and low-resolution thermal images, the project proposes innovative cross-spectral frameworks and information fusion techniques to enhance object detection in various scenarios, including urban, forest, and aerial environments.
