Abstract

With this project, WHO will provide support for countries to develop regulatory frameworks to improve laboratory biosafety and biosecurity by performing comprehensive situational analysis; strengthening regulations in countries with gaps in the existing regulatory framework; and establishing regulatory oversight bodies and institutions to ensure that improvements are robust and enduring.
