Abstract
The objective of this grant is to obtain new and expanded facilities for the OPCW to Enhance its analytical capabilities to develop new and enhanced tools for verification, as well as to maintain awareness of new developments in science and technology; augment its capability to test, evaluate, and deploy equipment on missions to maximize the safety and effectiveness of these missions; enhance its capability to support training and capacity-building activities to increase the skills and expertise of both States Parties and OPCW staff; increase the security, safety, and operational efficiency of these OPCW facilities; and provide a business continuity site in case of a disruption at OPCW Headquarters.
