An integrated AI based platform for the identification of broad-spectrum host therapeutic targets for hemorrhagic fever virus infections

Abstract

The primary goal of this work is to use an iterative approach that combines AI based algorithms with fundamental in vitro and in vivo biochemical studies to identify conserved host pathways used by HFVs that can be targeted by broad spectrum therapeutics.
