The Anchor Project (Achieving Notable Change and Opportunities through Relationship-Building)

Abstract

The Anchor Project will address social-emotional wellness at Finegan and Venetia Elementary Schools. 2014-2015 Gallup Student Poll results indicated that students were experiencing serious social-emotional issues. A clinical mental health counselor will be hired to assess students’ needs and provide therapeutic interventions to students and their families.
