Operation Thrive: Moving Beyond Resilience
Abstract
The mission of Operation Thrive is to build capacity in Norfolk Public Schools to create a community of thriving learners. This grant will prepare school staff to understand the challenges that military dependent students experience, and support strategies that foster social-emotional Support through counseling, peer support, and parent/community engagement.
