Visible Learning

Abstract

In order for High-Needs and Non-High Needs military dependent students to continue meeting Hawaii s more rigorous proficiency levels in reading, Campbell Complex plans to implement Visible Learning at three targeted schools so that all students engage in reading strategies that yield the highest demonstrable impact on academic achievement. To maximize reading achievement growth for all, military dependent students will also receive differentiated reading instruction, in conjunction with RTI and Achieve Boost to minimize the achievement gap of High-Needs students. Customized professional development for all teachers will be imbedded within the grant to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
