social-emotional wellbeing

Abstract

The project will provide direct services that increase the level of support for military dependent students’ social-emotional wellbeing at ten targeted campuses in the Muscogee County School District. Utilization rates of these services will be maximized by the use of a multi-faceted approach that includes the development of an online resource repository, addition of two military transition specialists, establishing peer-to-peer support clubs, and professional development on fostering resiliency facilitated by Dr. Ken Ginsburg. The project will annually increase the number of military dependents served by programming, as well as improve the overall level of student social-emotional wellbeing through June 2021.
