Illuminating Goals and Nurturing Towards Engagement (IGNITE): Expeditions
Abstract
This grant will allow District 49 to meet the goal of increasing the support for Career and College Readiness, specifically in the areas of math, science, engineering, and technology, for military dependent students. Support would target sixteen schools at the elementary (K-5), and middle school (6-8) levels. The focus areas and goals are: 1) Focus Area 1: College and Career Readiness: Goal 1: Improve College and Career Readiness outcomes in Math for military dependent students in grades K-5; and 2) Focus Area 2: College and Career Readiness: Goal 2: Improve College and Career Readiness outcomes in math for military dependent students in grades 6-8.
