Every Student, Every Day - Making Success Deliberate
Abstract
Mascoutah Community Unit School District 19 struggles with both student and teacher attendance. Students, teachers, and administrators are exhausted as we are exiting the COVID-19 pandemic. The Every Student, Every Day - Making Success Deliberate project aims to increase student academic achievement in STEM through developing administrators capacity to lead with empathy, fully converting the Response to Inte1vention system to a Multi-Tier System of Support; and expanding extracunicular and summer activities. These strategies work together cohesively to foster a positive learning environment for students, teachers, and administrators.
