Abstract
Great Expectations and Results Urgency Plan for Computer Science and Cybersecurity (GEAR UP 4 CSC) will engage students in grades K-12 in robust learning opportunities across the computer science, coding, and cybersecurity spectrum. Leadership identifies these skills as among the most important for national security. This grant is the fourth in a strategically-planned series of GEAR UP initiatives that will ensure a quality, forward-focused, personalized educational program is provided to all Knob Noster and Whiteman Air Force Base students that prepares them for success in college/career. Through embedded, research-proven training, this grant will strengthen teacher Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) to better prepare students for Kindergarten-12 success.
