Recruit, Retain, Restructure
Abstract
Recruit, Retain, Restructure will be implemented at nine elementary, three middle, and one high school. This project will impact 1,448 military connected students. The purpose of the pilot project is to use research based strategies to prepare a strong foundation for students with knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary for successful future engagements. Goals of the pilot project include 1 increasing student achievement especially in math and ELA English, and 2 developing a solid instructional pipeline through research based strategies.
