Project Read The Way
Abstract
Project Read the Way addresses the need to build teacher capacity by implementing a comprehensive, structured literacy program. The goal is to increase the percentage of K to 5 students meeting their annual literacy growth target by adopting a program anchored in the recommendations of the Science of Reading. Professional Development initiatives will empower staff with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to target instruction for three tiers of literacy instruction.
