Abstract
literacy learning loss after the pandemic and provide students with a better foundational understanding to achieve at a higher academic level. By increasing teacher expertise in addressing foundational skills and instructional strategies in ELA through professional learning, the teachers will improve instructional practices to meet the needs of the students and improve overall student learning. Delivering high quality, research based instructional strategies will ensure that we maximize our military connected student potential.
