C5 CoUege and Career Connections in the Carthage Community
Abstract
Carthage Central SchoolC5 College and Career Connections in the Carthage Community seeks to create, build and maintain community partnerships while increasing exposure, choice and opportunity for students to gain college and career skills, ultimately increasing student achievement, attendance and school connections. Unique to this project is a Community Schools Coordinator to support students, staff and the community in embracing a community schools model where the Carthage Schools will serve as the community resource hub.
