Abstract
Geary County Unified School District 475, Kansas, presents The IPS Project, Using Individual Plans of Study to Prepare Students for Tomorrow. There are two intertwined goals for The IPS Project. Military connected students in Grades 2 to 8 will demonstrate growth in math, reading, and science through learning.com and Tier 3 strategies aligned to core curricular areas. Students in Grades 5 to 8 will begin the development of an Individual Plan of Study through Xello to further prepare for their middle and high school academic pathway to success.
