PAWSS Pathways to Achievement with Sustainable Support
Abstract
PAWSS, Pathways to Achievement with Sustainable Support at O’Fallon Central School District 104 (FCSD 104) will teach our staff research based strategies to refine and enhance instruction across kindergarten to eighth grade. Several incentives will be put in place to retain and recruit staff members. In addition, this program will support our many military spouses in furthering their careers as educators within our district. Delivering high quality, research based instructional practices will ensure that we maximize our military connected student potential in all areas of our curricula. In addition, this will help our district maintain highly qualified instructional staff.
