Abstract
The Great Plains Development Authority (GPDA) is now moving into its eighth year of operations. Great Plains has assumed the responsibility for the development of the former Kansas Army Ammunition Plant and has been recognized as the implementing LRA. This request is for funding salaries and fringe benefits, travel, supplies, contractor support, and other items (telephone, postage, office expenses, utilities, etc.) for the period of April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015.
