Avon Park AFR (JLUS)
Abstract
The Central Florida Regional Planning Council was awarded assistance to carry out high priority recommendations from the JLUS. Project deliverables include: GIS maps for the JLUS jurisdictions that include noise contour data from the WYLE noise study completed in 2014; development of model code updates for use by jurisdictions based on the noise data; development of model real estate disclosure language for JLUS jurisdictions that previously did not participate in implementation activities; development of an informational brochure for use by JLUS jurisdictions about the JLUS; development of a promotional video about the JLUS; and development of a website to promote the JLUS.
