Abstract
Cities of St. Robert and Waynesville, Missouri request financial assistance from the Office of Economic Adjustment to conduct an economic and workforce impact study and strategic planning process to identify mitigation strategies in response to the pending loss of 774 uniformed personnel over the coming two years, and the lingering economic effects of the reduction of 1,200 uniformed and civilian positions from the 2013 force reduction.
