Dobbins ARB
Abstract
Cobb County, Georgia, in conjunction with the Cities of Marietta and Smyrna and Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), will form a Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) Implementation Committee to carry out specific recommendations from the 2015 Dobbins ARB JLUS. During the 12-month grant period, Cobb County will procure a qualified consultant to (1) develop a three dimensional imaginary surface model; (2) complete a light pollution study; and (3) develop an educational and outreach program. All tasks are expected to be completed by May 2017.
