Guam Civilian Water and Wastewater Improvements - NGLA

Abstract

Impacts to the GWA s potable water and wastewater systems from the proposed military relocation discussed in the SEIS were reviewed. Those potential projects necessary to support the relocation of Marine Corps forces to Guam were screened against the criterion of the EAC Implementation Plan 2015.
