Abstract
This grant provides operational and contractual support to the Town of Niagara, New York: the Local Redevelopment Authority (LRA) implementing the redevelopment plan for the Niagara Falls United States Army Reserve Center/Area Maintenance Support Activity. This facility closed September 15, 2011 according to 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) law. Activities supported by this grant include: Financial support for LRA staff, contractual consultants, contractual legal expertise.
