Abstract

This funding request covers personnel and contractual services to assist the LRA in managing the base reuse process. The LRA currently maintains the 7,151-acre property, operates the utility systems, improves the infrastructure, implements the redevelopment plan, abides by the provisions of the EDC Memorandum of Agreement, manages leases, promotes economic development and job creation, works with developers, manages accounting and bookkeeping for the property.
