Abstract
As a result of the Communications and Social Media Planning project, a public outreach initiative was identified as a need in order to organize a comprehensive and collaborative approach to communicating and sustaining the efforts outlined in both the Communications Plan (attached) and the Collaborative Growth Plan (attached). The overall goals endorsed by the regional stakeholders in support of both plans completed as part of the funded Phase II grant include: ? Grow employment in the Greater Lima Region by 22,000 jobs and provide the qualified regional workforce to fill those jobs by 2025. ? Be recognized and viewed as an ideal location for new businesses to locate and existing businesses to expand. ? Be recognized nationally as one of the most livable communities in the Midwest.
