Office of the Governor Logistical Support

Abstract

The grants enable the Office of the Governor to serve as the central clearinghouse on all Federal actions that are related to the Department of Defense realignments and buildup on the island of Guam. The grant ensures the island’s equities are represented; while ensuring the Government of Guam is responsive to the highly dynamic, challenging, and pivotal Department of Defense program. The grant enables the Governor of Guam to sustain the Office of the Governor Buildup Office.
