Riverbank Local Redevelopment Authority Calendar Year 2020

Abstract

The Grant enables the Riverbank Local Redevelopment Authority (RLRA) to sustain the redevelopment efforts, environmental remediation, and transfer of the former Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant real property from the U.S. Army. In particular, the program of assistance enables the RLRA to support and be responsive to the Army’s use of a Finding of Suitability for Early Transfer (FOSET) and Covenant Deferral for the transfer of real property, which requires coordination and concurrence by the California Governor.
