PuebloPlex Redevelopment 2020

Abstract

The Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority (PDADA), dba PuebloPlex, is seeking funding for the continued planning and redevelopment of the Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD), located in Pueblo County, Colorado. The grant is for continued LRA operational support and consulting services associated with the following: • Environmental Support Services • Operational, BRAC (Economic Development Conveyance (EDC) Negotiations) and Environmental Legal Services • Audit Services • Professional Records Management Services This grant will advance the Army’s mandate to return nearly 16,000 acres of the PCD back to local control and remove them from the Army’s active base inventory. This first parcel transfer of 5,000 acres is anticipated in 2021.
