Ellsworth AFB - Recreation and Wellness Center

Abstract

The Grant enables the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority develop to construct an 88,250 sq. ft. Field House, community center, and childcare facility adjacent to Ellsworth Air Force Base. The recreation center addresses the Tier I Military Quality of Life factor, outlined in the Office of Economic Adjustment Defense Community Infrastructure Pilot Project Final Federal Funding Opportunity.
