Dyess AFB - STEM Complex
Abstract
The grant enables the Abilene Independent School District to construct a STEM/STEAM complex within Dyess Elementary School which directly contributes to improving the quality of life of the local community, inclusive of Dyess Air Force Base. The construction of a STEM/STEAM complex addresses the Tier I Military Quality of Life factor as outlined in the Office of Economic Adjustment Defense Community Infrastructure Pilot Project Final Federal Funding Opportunity.
