Joint Region Marianas - Infrastructure Upgrades

Abstract

The Grant enables the Commonwealth to relocate and construct utility infrastructure in partnership with the Department of Defense in an effort to restore and upgrade island utilities and roadways. This initiative supports DoD operations, training and quality of life on Tinian and addresses the Tier I Military Quality of Life factor outlined in the Office of Economic Adjustment Defense Community Infrastructure Pilot Program Federal Funding Opportunity, and provides a much needed training environment for service members and support personnel.
