PuebloPlex Redevelopment 2021
Abstract
The Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority, dba PuebloPlex, is seeking funding for the continued planning and redevelopment of the Pueblo Chemical Depot, located in Pueblo County, Colorado. The grant is for continued Local Redevelopment Authority operational support and consulting services associated with the following: ? Environmental Support Services ? Operational, Base Realignment And Closure (Economic Development Conveyance Negotiations) and Environmental Legal Services ? Audit Services ? Business and Operations Plan and Economic Development Conveyance Application This grant will advance the Army?s mandate to return nearly 16,000 acres of the Pueblo Chemical Depot back to local control and remove them from the Army?s active base inventory.
