Riverbank Local Redevelopment Authority Calendar Year 2021
Abstract
The Grant enables the Riverbank Local Redevelopment Authority to sustain the redevelopment efforts, environmental remediation, and transfer of the former Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant real property, which enables the U.S. Army to comply with the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission Report. Compliance with the BRAC Commission Report is paramount to the U.S. Army?s commitment and efforts to redirect scarce resources to critical mission readiness requirements focused on enhancing the Army?s resiliency, sustainability, and readiness.
