Grand Forks - MIR
Abstract
The primary purpose for this MIR project is to support Grand Forks Air Force Base and the Department of Defense by assessing the base s needs, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and redundancies regarding natural and man-made threats, including, but not limited to, environmental and energy matters such as flooding and infrastructure. Grand Forks County will utilize the grant money provided by the OLDCC to hire a consultant to execute scope of work and complete the MIR assessment.
