Ft Riley - CU FHRC Organizational Sustainment Supplemental
Abstract
Supplemental funding is required to sustain Flint Hills Regional Council to develop a business plan to ensure viability to continue implementation of compatible use activities. The Flint Hills Regional Council will undertake the following three key grant activities that will enable the organization to continue providing compatible use studies and implementation actions in support of Fort Riley and the community: 1. Develop a five-year Sustainability Plan to assist FHRC to continue to provide communication, coordination and planning support to Fort Riley and the Flint Hills Region. 2. Provide grant management training to three FHRC staff members. 3. Support staff working towards policy improvements/ development to ensure compliance with grant requirements, as well as, federal, state, and local regulations.
