Abstract
OLDCC support for operational costs and consultants enables the Jo-Carroll Depot Local Redevelopment Authority to prepare a community-driven redevelopment plan and a homeless accommodation submission for Parcel 20 pursuant to BRAC law. The plan will support further redevelopment of the base and meet the mandates under the Redevelopment Act.
