PuebloPlex Redevelopment 2022
Abstract
This grant provides support to Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority (PDADA), dba PuebloPlex, for the continued planning and redevelopment of the Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD), located in Pueblo County, Colorado. The grant provides for continued LRA operational support and consulting services associated with the following: - Environmental Support Services - Operational, BRAC (Economic Development Conveyance (EDC) Negotiations) and Environmental Legal Services - Audit Services This grant advances the Army?s mandate to return nearly 16,000 acres of the PCD back to local control and remove them from the Army s active base inventory.
