Willow Grove NAS JRB FY22
Abstract
OLDCC financial assistance continues to support planning and redevelopment of the former Naval Air Station - Joint Reserve Base, Willow Grove, located in Horsham and Warminster Townships and Montgomery and Bucks Counties, Pennsylvania. OLDCC technical and financial support permits the current Horsham Land Redevelopment Authority to continue operations and provide input during the Navy s investigation of and remedial response to PFAS contamination, as well as continue work with a potential master developer candidate in developing a master developer agreement. It also supports the preparation of a phased economic development conveyance application and continues public relations efforts regarding the future redevelopment.
