Camp Atterbury - Installation Resilience

Abstract

Enables the Town of Prince s Lakes (in cooperation with Camp Atterbury) to design a water line interconnection to bridge the gap between the Town of Edinburgh?s water distribution system and the Town Prince s Lakes. The proposed water interconnection will increase the reliability and resilience within the shared water distribution system of the Town of Prince s Lakes and the Atterbury Muscatatuck Training Center. The planning to implement this water interconnection would include hydraulic modeling to identify all materials needed for installation and to ensure flows are sustainable and prevent contamination. This project will provide the design for a water main to increase water quantity and quality for all parties, to build up redundancy in the water system, and to improve resilience for the military installation.
