Fort Bliss MIR
Abstract
El Paso Water, on behalf of the greater El Paso region, will perform a Military Installation Resilience study for Fort Bliss. They will focus the report on water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, including their energy supplies, and present a prioritized list of recommendations that the community may undertake, supporting the resilience of both Fort Bliss and the El Paso region.
