Abstract
OLDCC support for operational and technical expenses enable the Jo-Carroll Depot Local Redevelopment Authority to continue redevelopment planning in light of the availability of the 132-acre Parcel 20. Environmental and Geographic Information System mapping consultants will provide technical support to the Local Redevelopment Authority while the Army conducts an environmental analysis of the Parcel 20 redevelopment plan.
