Abstract
The City of National City will conduct an Installation Resilience Review to assess the feasibility of the 8th Street Mobility Hub concept and to evaluate additional pedestrian, bicycle, and Neighborhood Electric Vehicle shuttle connections to existing and proposed entry control points in order to improve parking capacity and commuter accessibility to Naval Base San Diego. The study will leverage existing planning efforts and conduct existing condition modeling to comprehensively assess key challenges impacting transportation.
