Pine Bluff Arsenal - Installation Resilience
Abstract
The City of White Hall, Arkansas, Military Installation Resiliency Review grant provides the resources to assess the threats to the resilience of the US Army Pine Bluff Arsenal and develop recommendations to mitigate or enhance the Arsenal’s response and recovery. The MIR assesses a variety of credible events (both natural and man-made) and their impacts to off-post infrastructure for utility, data/communication, and transportation. The recommendations address a range of issues to foster, protect and enhance the military sustainability of Pine Bluff Arsenal.
