Ellsworth City of Box Elder Infrastructure -Growth
Abstract
The City of Box Elder, in support the mission of Ellsworth Air Force Base and its personnel, will plan and design community water, wastewater and other critical infrastructure projects. The planning and design elements, once complete, will be used to enhance additional housing and commercial developments to address future needs associated with the Air Force s deployment of the new B-21 Bomber (training and operational wings).
