Office of the Governor Professional Advisory Services

Abstract

This grant enables the Governor of Guam to enhance efficiently and effectively the Office of the Governor Community Defense Liaison Office (CDLO) by supplementing the CDLO with specialized Professional Advisory Services expertise and experience. The CDLO ensures the Office of the Governor remains the central clearinghouse for all Military Realignment and Defense matters. The CDLO ensures the island’s equities are represented while ensuring the Government of Guam is responsive to DoD National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) actions and pivotal DoD programs.
